Washed on delicate, cold water, laid to dry...blanket is not even when folded, uneven edges.. really bad. Very disappointed considering the cost!

Cold delicate wash and laid flat to dry is exactly right, so this is a fault in the blanket, not in how you washed it. Send a photo to [email protected] and we'll replace it. Sorry Doris, that's a lot of money for something that came out of the wash wrong.

well, I emailed you back to tell you. I only wanted to order one hat at the discounted price and I received two hats and was charged full price on one of them and i never heard back from anybody. I do like the hat and I ended up gifting the other one, but I did not intend to buy two of them specially painful price when I had a 15% off

I wear my beanie during sleep and have better sleep. The beanie tends to slide off and then I wake up! Ugh. If I can keep it on, I sleep through the night and am better rested.

I've only worn it a handful of times and the stitching is coming undone. Its rather tight which is not bad in itself but it is too long. It either pulls down past my eyes or im stuck with loose hat on top of my head. I also feel like it was way to expensive for the super thin peice of fabric I got. I understand that I'm paying for the silver lining but the other hat material is just a scrap of fabric.

Send a photo to [email protected] and we'll replace it or refund you. On the fit, the hat is cut long on purpose to cover the back of the head, but if it's sitting over your eyes it's the wrong size and we'll sort that in the same email. The outer fabric is kept light so the silver layer can work without turning the hat into a helmet, though none of that excuses the stitching.

I ordered 2 hats, an EMF meter & a lap blanket. When I opened the first hat, in my kitchen (fridge, DW, 2 microwaves, range, 2 computers, 2 phones), and put it on, the world instantly became quiet, except for my spouse talking and the video I was watching. I couldn't believe it! It even reduces my tinnitus when I'm not wearing my hearing aids. I'm also beginning to sleep better, although the hat usually falls off some time during the night. I haven't studied on the meter, yet. I'm also looking forward to using the blanket in bed- I'm planning to put it between my top sheet and comforter.

That's quite a first impression, Marilyn! Two things: the beanie tends to stay put better overnight than the hat, and when you get around to the meter, take a reading in the kitchen with the hat off, then with it over the meter. The numbers make it obvious.
