I've been a subscriber since 2016 at least. The Pros: variety of workouts (from abs, barre, cardio, dance, functional strength, HIIT, injury recovery, kickboxing, kettlebell, meditation, Pilates, treadmill workouts, yoga, etc, etc. etc). You do not need to invest in a lot of expensive equipment to get started. There are different length workouts to fit your schedule from 10 minutes to an hour. The instructors always offer modifications and workout options to accommodate your needs. Content is added monthly at the Premium level, weekly at the Gold level. The platform is available as an app, via Roku or Firestick, online. The encouragement from the trainers during the workout feels genuine in its delivery. To make matters easier, if you have a hard time deciding or in making a plan, they offer calendars to follow. There is a private Facebook group and the instructors participate regularly, answering questions. It's truly one of those groups that is positive, encouraging and not snippy as we know FB can tend to be. Chris Freytag, the founder, holds monthly Q&As based on topics her subscribers are seeking answers for. It feels like a community. Their intro offers are for a FULL YEAR at an incredible rate-who does that? GHUTV does. I don't know of anyone else. Basically, GHUTV makes it so you stay consistent and strong as a result of this subscription and it's infinitely cheaper than a gym membership.
