My friend has been doing these workouts for years. I love heading over to her house to do a workout session with her. There are so many workout options. We are never bored. Instructors do a great job with visual and verbal queuing.

I have been doing GHUTV consistently for almost 5 years. I wish I had discovered it sooner. There is so much variety so there is something for everyone and you feel like the trainers are right in your living room. I look forward to working out every day and I have never been in as good of shape as I am now.

The absolute best workout from home online!!! I’ve been a member for 3 years and so much better than a commercial gym. I’ve made lots of friends. Traveled all over the US and Canada to visit them. And the trainers are fabulous. They are real, down to earth, and so knowledgeable. Yes I Can!!! ♥️
