DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR PRODUCT! This company will keep taking subscription fees even after you cancel! Like lots of other reviewers, I have been charged for a subscription after cancelling my account, and like lots of other reviewers, PayPal has not helped with getting a refund AT ALL and have refused to give me a refund despite an email confirming that my account was cancelled! GHUTV have confirmed my account was cancelled prior to the renewal period but it is now over two weeks since I requested a refund and they still have not given me my money back. They are a horrible company to deal with and have no respect for people's financial circumstances. But, I will not give up and will keep posting negative reviews until a refund is received. I will also be reporting this company to our financial regulators.

This is a very scamming site. I canceled my account with them 09/23. I received a goodbye letter from them on 1/26/24. I was charged $1.62 on my PayPal account. I missed it then I was charged a year later $120 no notice. I caught it this year and complained to them and PayPal. The very rude person told me I did it myself. I tried to explain to her that I did not. It was very suspicious I ended on the 26th and was charged again on the 27th. I am waiting to see if I got my refund for this madness but I have started limiting any transactions with PayPal and any online companies. It is truly not worth the hassle. Good luck out there.

No, response to emails when Trying to get a refund on my canceled membership.

This company randomly charged me over £100, claimed I had no account with them and so it went to fraud with the bank, where they claimed they took a tiny payment a year previously and it wasn't disputed because it went un-noticed until they took a large sum. I have no idwa who they are, they refuse a refund and demanded I use the bank to do so where they then claimed it wasn't fraud. They still have my money. I still don't know who they are. Happy to send screenshots of the way they will treat you and the claims, to anyone who considers using this company. 10 days without access to my money because they claimed they dont have an account for me, then can't refund the money because ita gone through the bank. Then they stop replying to emails to try and get it resolved. They've kept my money, I dont know who they are what services they provide or even how to access what they have charged me for. They can't answer how they got my details to get charged in the first place because they dont have an account for me and it has to be done through the bank. So yeah screenshots available. Be careful.

⚠️ Beware Before Subscribing ⚠️ I signed up for this service three years ago and believed I had canceled it shortly after. I haven’t used it since, assuming my cancellation was successful. Recently, I was surprised to see a charge on my credit card for a subscription I never intended to keep. I disputed the charge with my bank and contacted the company. I also emailed them to explain that I had never authorized an automatic yearly renewal. Unfortunately, I received no response to my email. When I called, I was told that by signing up originally, I agreed to an automatic subscription, and they had been sending renewal notices via email. I never authorize automatic renewals, it is just my nature. Apparently, they hid this in some small bond disclaimer so people keep paying and income keeps coming. However, those emails went directly to my junk folder, so I never saw them. It’s very frustrating to be charged for a service I haven’t used in years and thought I had canceled. Please be cautious—this service renews automatically each year, even if you don’t use it, and communication can easily be missed.

Bonjour à toutes et à tous, Je souhaite vous alerter sur le fait que j'ai reçu tout à l'heure un SMS de ma banque LCL, avec une tentative de fraude à ma carte bancaire, de la part de GET HEALTHY, pour un montant de 261,60 USD (rien que ça...) Étant donné qu'on reçoit de plus en plus de SMS frauduleux aussi, je suis allée vérifier sur l'application de ma banque sur mon téléphone. Effectivement, j'ai bien reçu un message de ma banque, me confirmant que GET HEALTHY a bien tenté de prélever 261,60 USD sur ma carte bancaire. Le SMS demande de taper 1 si on est à l'origine du paiement et 2, si on confirme la tentative de fraude. Aussi, par sécurité, ma banque LCL a bloqué ma carte et m'en a commandé une autre. Je n'ai jamais rien commandé chez GET HEALTHY. Ce site est une arnaque. Soyez vigilants si vous recevez un SMS de votre banque vous alertant sur la même tentative de fraude sur votre carte bancaire, confirmez celle-ci sans attendre pour que le prélèvement abusif ne soit pas effectué. ;)

Never heard of this but all at once my checking gets hit for $112! The number they have to contact says call failed every time I dial it. Beware!
