Ordered some glassware and received a shattered piece (thanks UPS) however! Thanks to the amazing customer service these guys provided they simply shipped out a replacement...same day as I contacted them...and wanted nothing in return. It’s so rare to find quality company’s where they listen and respect customers and strive to provide a quality product and experience. Shipping glass is tricky, and who knows if my replacement will be in one piece...but I’ll continue using this site for all sorts of happy products due to this experience alone!
