It is still early yet to gauge the effectiveness but I am so happy to have a better solution than typical (poisonous tick repellant options). Customer service is A+, my dog lost his collar in less than a week. I reached out and they sent me a new one (with a better design to not fall off) for free! Because of these 2 things, I will be a customer as long as I have dogs!

Haven't seen any ticks on my pups yet with the collar but it didn't last long with the kind of wrestling and playing my 2 do. I am going to order the pendant as it looks like those will last longer for us. No reactions from the collar so happy to use no chemicals.

Bought the flea tick collar as I hate putting poison in to my dog(s)every month. I have another one ordered for our yorkie. The coton let us put it on, no problem and hasn’t any bad reactions, nor have I seen a flea on her.

I live in a heavily wooded area with creeks and I haven't noticed any positive benefits from my dog wearing it consistently. I understand there's no 100% guarantee, but I received a full refund, so it's worth giving it a shot. It likely works better for dogs in tidier yards, but I would still recommend pairing this product with a flea and tick comb.

This means that it's possible for ticks to be present on your pet, but our pendant will prevent them from biting and infesting your pet. It's essential to regularly check your pet for ticks and remove them promptly to ensure their safety.
