So far so good, actually great!!! I have 2 Siberian huskies, the first 2 weeks without this product, we were taking off between-5 -7 ticks on each walk. First 2 days with the product maybe 1-2, after that there have been no ticks on my pups. I love also, non toxic ingredients, and you can’t beat the price! I will be purchasing again, and I have been telling others about this great product!!! Also, customer support is great also!!

The collars may work on fleas but not ticks!!! And the company does not stand behind their product!!! Refused to refund me! I pulled two ticks off my dog with one directly under the FurLife collar, just 3 weeks after I put it on my dog! It’s a scam! Buyer beware! The collar is all hype and no action! Don’t waste your money!

Ineffective! I purchased the pendant 3/24 after finding a tick on my dog 2/24. 5/10/24 got her to vet for annual everything. We discovered a tick on my dogs lower ear, right there in the vets exam room! This tick was buried in her body approximately 7-8 inches from the pendant on her collar. Finding this tick and the irritation surrounding it, led to the need to test for Lyme and 3 other diseases the ticks in our area are carrying. We vaccinated her for Lyme and needed to administer antibiotics, and started her on a safe and effective flea/tick medication. As disappointing as this product proved to be, so is their 100% money back guarantee. This guarantee is only valid for 30 days after purchase, and it only would only refund the cost of the product. Not the medical costs incurred from the products failure to work as promised. Don’t waste your money and don’t risk your pets health, FurLife doesn’t work.

The scent is so strong and my dogs hated it and the acted so different. They constantly rolled in blankets and their bed and sneezed. I had to bath them 2 times to get the strong scent off of them. I tried 7 times to contact the company by phone and by email 3 times to get a refund with NO reply! I don’t know how many times I need to explain myself via email because nobody will answer the phone#’s. I thought customer satisfaction was guaranteed! I even read about some of the ingredients that was NOT good for dogs. My dogs are family members so I have to look out for their best interest.. I feel Furlife pendants are NOT in their best health interest!
