Customer service has been great. It does take a while to get your order. (It’s not Amazon!). I have a 3 yr old cat who has worn the collar for around 5 months, no problem. We recently moved to Florida. Lots more bugs here. He’s an indoor kitty that has access to screened lanai. I just adopted/rescued a kitten. I wanted to use the collar on him too as my other cat absolutely HATES topicals. The collar I put on the kitten broke at the ring which holds the extra. I reached out to customer service and they sent me out a new one right away. Side note: found out the kitten has worms (which is from fleas). I have not seen any fleas on my cats. For safeguard they are both receiving nextgard combo treatment for two months (which I hate)…. I will then put collars back on them. I’m thinking the kitten still had worms from rescue. Let’s hope.

The pendant seems to be working well. No fleas or ticks have been noticed. He has had some scratching. I’m not sure if the cause is the pendant or something else. I did order the regular collar to try on my son’s dog. We will see if it works for her. She doesn’t have it on yet as they have been on vacation.

I have had two dogs suddenly develop neurological disorders that led to them both being put to sleep at early ages. It was devastating! I believe these problems were a direct result of oral flea and tick meds. I am so grateful for Furlife. I haven't had any trouble with the performance of their product. Nope! This product DOES NOT PREVENT fleas. They claim it prevents and fleas will not bite but my cat and dog were miserable. So we are out lots of money and time trying to fix the damage left. They claim ‘guaranteed’ they claim ‘flea free’ when we asked for a refund we were past the 30 days (hassle free 100% guaranteed) so I guess I will just try to prevent someone else watching their sweet pets go through the misery and hope FurLife assesses their integrity. This is what they sent me- We would like to clarify that our products are designed to repel pests rather than kill them on contact. This means that it's possible for ticks and fleas to be present on your pet, but our pendant will prevent them from biting and infesting your pet. It's essential to regularly check your pet for ticks and remove them promptly to ensure their safety. We also want to emphasize that while our anti flea and tick pendant is highly effective, like any treatment, it is not 100% guaranteed.

I was a little leery of trying this product because the vet pushes the oral medication’s. One of my pups that was on the oral medication‘s ended up with Cushing’s disease and I believe it was from that medication. Anyway, I decided to try this product, I have been very, very happy no fleas no ticks, it works like magic and I don’t have to force feed my dogs. Something they don’t want.

I ordered 3 of the flea and tick guards for my dog and cats. They took so long to get here I thought it would be winter before they arrived! Now that they're finally here I'd say they're working well for the dog. But the clip-on is so big for the cats it's clunky. The clip-on is the same size for the dog and the cats. But the cats are much smaller than our dog.

I purchased 2 of the flea and tick collars. one for my Chihuahua Pup and the other for my Lab Pup . Neither one of them has had a single tick or flea on them . They work wonderfully and the best part is they are free from harmful chemicals. I would highly recommend them and I know that my Pups will continue to use them.
