I ordered 6 collars for my cats and accidentally ordered dog collars. The company graciously sent me 6 cat collars for free, and when the dog collars came, I just refused them so they were returned. I do think you should be able to choose “dog” or “cat” for the collar you want. The collars work well. Thank you.

I ordered 2 collars in Mid 2024. For the most part, they worked. It is now Jan 2025 and my dogs started getting fleas again in Dec. 2024. Therefore, collars only worked a good 6 months, not 12 months as noted. I advised the company and their response was, “no collar is 100% effective” & they opted to offer me 30% discount , on future orders. Now why would I buy again? When they offer a 12 months flea & tick repellent and it only really lasts 6 months. Their ratings are only 8.9% effective. They do smell of good peppermint though. I do think It’s time to try a new brand with better ratings. FURSWEEP ( 9.8%) with the same all natural ingredient benefits.

The flea & tick pendant works amazingly well. We are on our second one and have never seen fleas or ticks. I love not having to give our golden retriever pills or topical treatments.

I just received my order for 2 furlife collar tags this week. There was a bit of a delay in getting it, but I sent an email with my concerns and the owner responded right away and fixed it. I have not used it on my dog yet because I live in Canada and it is still winter (not tick season yet). I ordered the other one for my girlfriends dog!

This is an amazing company,great customer service. I live in Canada and unfortunately the postal service workers were on strike much of November and December.FurLlife contacted me to follow up after I ordered.I explained I would write a review when I received product.They sent out a new order and I did receive.Thank you FurLife.Awesome flea/tick collar for my four year old Westie who has skin allergies and is sensitive to many vet medications.It's winter here in Nova Scotia,frigid temperatures.Fingers crossed that the collar will withstand the summer infestation of fleas and ticks.The collar smells great,and no side effects to report.Thank you FurLife.I highly recommend.

The pendant works very well, no fleas or ticks anywhere! After wrestling with our dog's wider collars, I went ahead and purchased more narrow collars. Now the pendant slips on easily. It was unfortunate that other companies had fooled me with their "too good to be true" advertisements, because I waited longer to make the original purchase last year. Although I have had shipping issues with companies in the recent past, I put that directly on the shipping company. This is an awesome company and product!!

I have 4 large labs and so far this has been amazing no harsh chemicals all natural so far so good. The dogs have not had a reaction to it. Smell is a little strong at first, but goes away quickly. This will be my new flea and tic treatment for my dogs. Great communication with the staff.
