To clarify, our pods are designed to fit most standard collars, but we understand that certain types—especially those with thicker or wider weaves—may pose challenges when threading the pod past plastic hardware. Regarding the product presentation, we understand how advertisements showing the collar might have led to the expectation that one would be included.
