Within 2 weeks of wearing this product, our dog had 2 to 3 ticks under the collar every day. That is definitely not 8 months of protection.

The pendent for flea treatment has been amazing and very effective. We had an issue with one of ours and sent in a email explaining the situation. Julia was the representative I talked to. She responded very fast and was very friendly and was able resolve the situation in best way possible. Would highly recommend to anyone and will keep doing business with these awesome people and company.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the Julia in the customer service department at Furlife for promptly responding to my email. I purchased a fur life flea spray and tic spray that evaporated soon after opening it in the extreme heat. I was very impressed on how courteous and professional the response team was with helping me. They truly value their customers and standby their product. I will continue using Fur life products as it works incredible in preventing ticks and fleas for my dog that cannot use any prescription medication due to the side effects.

Roy and Patrick were very helpful in resolving my issue of my missing package. I sent messages and received a very quick response which is extremely appreciated. I will recommend this company to other pet owners that I know. I am very grateful for the outcome and service I received today. Thank you Roy and Patrick. I really am grateful for the time you took to get me replacement collars to help my fur babies.

The return process is HORRIBLE. This product was not effective at all; and while they kept stating they wanted my satisfaction during the return process, they treated it like a negotiation. They continued to offers me percentages of the cost of the product in exchange for not returning it. It was horrible, and I’m sure they were counting on me being too busy to deal with this headache , but I need my almost $150 dollars back in full. What a scam, for this experience alone I will tell everyone to stay far away from this company. Update- after getting very frustrated with the company and going back and forth I all of a sudden got my refund.
