Currently we have four dogs that use FurLife. We started using them due to our senior dog who suffered from epilepsy and it was the only product we could trust. She has now passed and we still will not use any other product. Recently our dogs pendant popped and Joan with customer service helped me tremendously!! She made the process super smooth and effortless! I now have a replacement pendant on the way!! It has been a pleasure working with you over the years and I look forward to many more!!

Customer service seems to be lacking in most businesses lately but not with FurLife. Joan answered my emails quickly and was able to provide a solution within moments. I’ll happily shop with FurLife again just based on this service.
