What made my experience great was Patrick with his fabulous customer service support!!

Julia was very helpful in taking care of my issue and responding in a timely manner.

I just put it on my Corgis collar and have had a perfect summer with no fleas or ticks! I feel great having her love the outdoors while being safe from bugs! Thanks Julia for asking how she was doing! :)

Had an issue with the product. I was genuinely not expecting such a quick, easy and friendly resolution. Patrick had everything resolved so quickly with no painful back and forth or explaining and re-explaining the issue. Customer service this quick and effective is rare. I contacted fur life due to a missing pendant, and I got a response from Patrick immediately, he promptly sent out a replacement for the missing pendant. I would highly recommend this company as this is the 3rd year I have used furlife and have always had great customer service with them. And have not found one tick or fleas on both of my fur babies, this is a great product with great customer service
