Here lies the problem they say that will guarantee a full refund yet no money was sent to any of my accounts. I have reached out to the bank and PayPal. So sad to not be able to trust a company that lies to it's people that purchased their product in good fairh. Please view the company's response. 09/07/2025 PREVIOUS EMAIL SENT 09/05/2025. Save your money this product does not work. We were excited until we unwrapped the package and found the smell overwhelming. First if you have allergies this is not the way to go. The scent is so strong. The dogs were bathed prior to placing these on there necks. We kepted an eye on the dogs to see if they had any reaction to the FurLife product. The dogs still scratched. Save your money.

I ordered 5 FurLife pendants for our 5 dogs and had an issue with one of them. As soon as I noticed the issue I emailed customer service. I received a quick response from Julia who was fabulous throughout the process which ended with them sending me a replacement pendant for no charge. Free! I am very thankful and want to give a shout out to Julia for exemplary customer service! Thank you, Julia!

I ordered three flea and tick pendants for my animals. One of them arrived wrong so I dealt with Julia and Patrick and they were so helpful in getting everything fixed. Recommend them 100%.

I guess I mistakenly clicked on an extra collar that I did not intend to purchase. I reached out to customer service and was taken care of by Julia which helped me correct my order.

Julia at FURLIFE helped correct a mistake, made when items were sent to me! It wasn’t until I went to replace my cats collars did I discover the collars didn’t match the ‘color ‘dots’ on the back of the container. I appreciate her help. Very nice to work with.

I've had the Absolute best experience with Furlife !!! We have used their product now for 9 months and only this product and we live in the woods so fleas , ticks and mosquitoes are a big treat and my baby boy has had no issues He recently had a issue with his collar and I reached out and they helped me tremendously I will be a loyal customer for life Julia was amazing with her customer service 🐕‍🦺

We thought we would try this out as one of dogs is allergic to bravecto - within a month of it being on her collar, the reservoir was empty...I messaged Furlife support and they told me that this didn't mean that it would still work, just that we couldn't "see" it. Well a month or so later, we gave our dog a bath as we have seen a couple of fleas on her. In the water there were hundreds of fleas that died in the flea shampoo. What a disappointment and so sad that Furlife totally LIED to us!
