I ordered 3 of these and one of the pendants I notice the flea repellent came out and I reached out to fur life and they replaced with no hassle 😊

I had one of my FurLife collar attachments randomly stop working—the liquid had completely leaked out, and it wasn’t protecting my dog from ticks anymore (I unfortunately found a few on him 😩). I reached out to customer service, and Julia was honestly so helpful. She just asked for a quick picture to make sure it wasn’t damaged, and then sent me a brand new one right away. Super easy and no hassle at all. Really appreciate how quickly they took care of it!

Thank you so much for your quick response & handling of my address issue. We travel so we are different places. JeAnne & Patrick did an exceptional job in taking care of my issue. Katie has been treated but with a topical chemical that I really want to get away from & max has neuro issues with the topical chemicals. I wrote an email to the company regarding an inability to use one of the insect repellent products I ordered as I accidentally damaged it upon opening up the package. Within 24 hours, I received an email from a Fur Life rep named Julia who offered to replace the damaged item. I feel immensely grateful as this product was meant to last for 12 months. I am happy to recommend this company to all for their amazing customer service and safe, quality products to keep my pups flea, tick, and insect free.
