Ordered the base board with the 9hp motor and the larger battery with the classic wing at the end of July. It arrived about 3 weeks later and I've been out on it twice. The first time, I noticed something odd about the mounting bolts and sent a picture and video to Foil support. They responded within an hour. The second time, a had an issue with my mast. As with the first time, I sent a picture and video to Foil support and they responded within an hour and told me they would repair my powertrain and were sending a box out to me. The board is incredibly fun. I've had friends and siblings ride it and they love it. I'm very pleased with the prompt service and support I've received and I look forward to many more rides in the future.

I have ridden a couple of different foils. So I say this with confidence, these are hands down the best on the market. I would only ask that GetFoil offer a couple of surf wings. The HA's are nice to have although I like to have choices when I am riding.

DO NOT BUY this efoil - spend a couple $$$$ more and get Lift or really anything would be better. I've been trying this efoil out for a client. My first ride the foil wing exploded causing bad impact with the board as it reared up, denting board and of course destroying the front foil wing along with causing a bone bruise of my knee. Great Customer service though, Brian and Fritz are easy to work with and are professional. Unfortunately, they are representing a terrible product. They sent out a wing that is made in China, look it up, and due to a short season and wait time for replacement the board sat for the winter which was also damaged in the crash but they won't replace or even send paint to fix the bad crack. Time to refresh battery and start riding season, oh wait, battery is shot and won't charge after following recommended storage guidelines. I'm told they need to be sent back to get reprogrammed, The battery never charged fully anyway; at best 90%. The new controller and battery returned two weeks later and, oh wait, 5 minutes of riding and the controller leaks. WT*@#$! Again, need to return the product to get a new one. The owner still hasn't actually ridden the board, I'm just trying to figure it out so he doesn't get wrecked trying himself. Absolutely ridiculous! We are done, time for a refund. I'll update on how that goes...don't hold your breath! Update- No refunds!!!!! Don’t buy this board!! another update- the third handle/controller arrived and it didn't work. I had to do some long hold on and off cycles and then it worked...sort of. There is a cool feature that as far as I know isn't on the other boards controllers and that is a power setting. This is actually genius because when your riding it's hard to control your speed. You can peg it and click or double click the center button for your top speed...if it works. When the controller came back on line it didn't show the power level so you didn't know what it was at - 10 is really #$%^& fast - it goes to 15; of which you couldn't see. It took another two charge cycles to get back on the screen. Now after 3 charge cycles - the first in succession since this board was purchased over a year ago due to many issues it seems to be working. For HOW long I'll let you know...TBC and, they don't offer PROP GUARDS, are you kidding me?!?!? Watch out for the blender at your feet! J-

Everything came in 6 weeks. I have enjoyed many hours of trouble free foiling! I would recommend them and their products.

Absolutely love the foil board. Easy to set up and everything works well and is very easy to use. Like any foil, it takes some getting used to for folks to learn to ride. The extended battery lasts crazy long which is wonderful. Everything put together is of course heavy, but that's just how efoils are. I've ridden another big company's board as well, and this one is just as good. A few things to note though: Their information/manuals and videos online are good, but they lack some information like how to turn off the remote by holding the main button for 15 seconds, how change the speed setting by single tap for up and double tap for down, what you should see on the charger screen, etc. The board paint/gel coat seem to chip easily. After my first session of just being in the middle of the lake, there were a few white spots where the paint had chipped off on the sides even though it hadn't come into contact with anything. My final note is on expectations with delivery timing. The website noted 1 week to ship when I ordered but it took 6. So be prepared to wait a while.

Took longer to deliver than was promised. Board works perfectly. Paint chips very easily on black carbon board. Will need to pick up some touch up paint. Adding some handles to the board would make it a lot easier to lift and get out of the water on a dock or ski boat. Maybe they will come up with a retro fit modification for that. All in all seems like a very solid product.

I recommend NOT buying a board from GetFoil! My board arrived damaged. They offered to replace the board part and not the foil part. After attempting to use the board the first few times, it didn't work more than half the time I tried to use it. I contacted customer service and dealt with Kyle, the "CEO and customer service agent"... Like other reviewers here, I had a bad experience dealing with him. I needed to credit card dispute the purchase since Foil left me with a malfunctioning board. I offered: 1 - They could send parts as they thought the issue was a simple fix and talk me through repairing it. 2 - I would mail the board back (on my dime) to have them fix the issue. 3 - I would mail the board back (on my dime) and they would simply refund me. I think the board doesn't work and they think it is great. Why not accept a return then? They continued to sell "discontinued" propeller guards. One other thing I noticed... If you look at most of the 5 star reviews, they all seem to only have 1 review. That seems odd... Why would that be?

Had some minor customer service challenges. All was eventually resolved.
