We were desperate for a solution. We live on 40 acres and we do not have perimeter fencing. My dog discovered our neighbor's free ranging chickens and I worried if she ever left my sight. Now with Findster we just track a walk as soon as we leave the house and with the fences marked and danger zones marked, I can work with peace of mind while she plays.

I was dubious about the efficacy of a puppy tracker as we live in a very rural, low bandwidth area. But, repeatedly searching for the dog in the trees led me to try the Findster. I have been nothing but pleased with the result and even feel it saved her life one dark night when she had fallen through the ice and I could not find her. The Findster led me right to her!! I have now purchased several, not because of product failure but owner failure, putting the Guardian into the wash. Even as the puppy has grown, we would not be without it and have used it in areas a hundred miles away from any wifi. A great product I have recommended to many.

Findster if Fantastic! While we don't need it in the city where our dog Rocco has a secure fenced yard and needs to be on leash anyway when out on walks/runs, we use the tracker constantly when we go up to stay at our mountain cabin a couple times a month. Up there, there is no internet or cell phone connection, so the internet-free GPS is awesome. Rocco is off leash and energetically exploring every time we go out for a walk or hike or snowshoe. Knowing where he is when we can't see him is a lifesaver for all of us!

Findster's customer service is far and away better than any I have dealt with. Ever. They actually care about their customers and honor their guarantees. One individual handles each case, courteously and expertly--no phone trees and starting over every call. The products are praiseworthy as well--and at a bargain price compared to most such products. I have two escape artist dogs who will find a way out of a large fenced area no matter what. I can trace them and their itineraries and find them if they don't return in a timely manner or stray out of a safe area. My only wish is that the batteries would stay charged just a bit longer (even on power-saving setting). But even the best technology has limits.

We have had the Findster system for almost 2 years now. It has been an invaluable aid to training our big white Maremma from a puppy to know his boundaries on our farm up here in Canada. It has made good neighbors of us in that we know where he is at all times. He now is 2 years old and knows his territory and staying out of trouble wondering off. We did have a problem with the charger and support walked us through trouble shooting and determined there was a fault with the unit and replaced it without cost to us which was very much appreciated. The attractive aspect of this system is that it has a very large range in that he has 160 acres to roam and there is no cell costs in tracking him all day. Findster is a great system and we would hardly recommend it to anyone needing a good quality tracking system.

This pet tracker really helped me and Kid to play in the park. Im afraid while he s playing with his friends at the park, that I loose him out of my sight. But with this device, I am confident because if for some reason, he s going to explore a little further, I see where he s going! Happy Kid, happy me!

The Findster performs every bit as well as it's advertised - a rare thing. Our kitty's movements are tracked accurately and the range is way more than I hope we ever need. It performs extremely well and, best of all, no monthly cell company charges!!!

I love the Findster cat tracker. I tried 2 other trackers before discovering the Findster. There are no monthly fees and is not dependent on WiFi. I cannot say enough about the customer service. I had a problem with my first Findster and the customer service worked with me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I would recommend this product to anyone.
