FindsterReviews of getfindster.com

Purchased twice! Great and accurate but the following advance features would be nice; Camera on collar/ voice activation to talk to pet or people that come across pet/ longer battery/ and definitely smaller sleeker module for pet.

OK. Works perfect. At home in the backyard and in the country(cabin). I could see the dog on the tracker but not in line of sight, walking around a corner on the dirt road -COYOTE time . The dog and the coyote were close together, popped the coyote with rock.

We've been using Findster ever since our Jack Russell Freya was lost and found last spring. It's a great tool and peace of mind for sure. I like to check how much mileage she puts on in a day and it's been actually quite eye opening, in particular together with the map feature. Customer service has been excellent, in particular helping to synch her profile saving all her data when we had to replace the pet module (it did not break or get lost, Freya had chewed it up lol). The data is slow to load, but this might be the internet in our rural setting. Lately I find the km don't load properly or there's a days lag. I love the levels, daily goals and badges and am hooked, but I cannot find any explanations how Freya will get to the leaderboard or do I need to sign her up? Overall a great tool, does not replace proper training or the leash of course, but peace of mind and Freya never leaves home without it!

This is a great product and we're delighted we went with Finster. I'm sure the other devices on the market are pretty similar, it's just there are no ongoing subscription costs with Findster although the initial purchase price is slightly higher. We purchased ours in a black Friday deal. We have found the device and app really easy to use. It has dropped out a couple of times but only because we were in an area with no signal at all. The kids love it and keep an eye on the leaderboard! The Findster team were really supportive and great at returning emails when we lost our pet module. Great service!

Great cat finder and tracker!

Ive been using Findster for a week now after using "Tractive" unsuccessfully. Findster works for me as i live in a wooded, hilly area in England with poor mobile coverage. The set up was very easy and using it is straight forward. Ive still to try it in the big mountains post Covid but so far so good

I only really need finster for the gps but its an added bonus that you have a vet on hand for free. The fact there are no monthly fees is great. I have already told my local pet shop about findster and the owner plans to look into getting one for his dog.

Findster had been a big help to me. It helped me find my dog when she used to run away. I did have an issue with a part that I lost but when I contacted Findster Support they sent me a replacement free of charge that arrived the next day. Also There are no subscriptions to use it! It’s overall a great product!
