I love that I don't have to pay a monthly subscription fee to track where my dogs are or have been. I have 3 now and have had up to 10. As long as they are in range, you will be able to see where they are. I've had our dogs go out of range but was able to pick them up again while driving around.

Excellent product. Easy set up and easy to use!

A few weeks ago we bought a Findster and we are very pleased with how well it works. It only has a range of about 5 miles but for our purpose that is great. It also does not require cell service if you are in an area of spotty service as we are. I have no complaints at all about the customer service response to us. We lost the dog collar module and ordered a new one but we found it and cancelled right away and they cancelled the order. In short we are very satisfied with it. Re: losing the module...it attaches with pins but ours came off so we just put it on a separate collar and do not attach it with the included plastic pins. Great product!

The Findster app is just amazing, I now know where my 2 naughty golden retriever boys are,when they keep going to say hello “ to new friends “ !! I recently had a problem getting my personal app back, after connecting my 2nd dog , so emailed them and I have to say Jane , was just incredible, got me back to original data in no time. Thank You

I got my first Findster Duo last year, when I was looking for solution to let my kitty out and don't have to be worry about finding him on time and paying for the GPS / cellular service / subscription (or any other additional costs)!! I was very sceptic at first bc was unable to find anything else which would fit mine and my kitty needs!! (how come nobody else came out with such awesome idea??!! it can't be true!! this won't work, but let's give it a try!) I'm soooo glad I gave it a try!! It's been a year or even a little bit more since I'm using it (ok my kitty does :) ) and I couldn't be more happy!! I exactly know where my Sweetie Pie is, when he leaves the fence, when he approaches to the danger zone (all can be set in the app) and when it's time to go home I just follow the lines and GPS shows me his position - how cool is that??!!! This year I got extremely lazy witch charging the modules so... I decided to make it easy and bought another pet one :) I already have 2 blinking collars which need to be charged as well so switching the module from one to another was a hustle for me (did I say I got lazy ;) ). The first module (Findster Duo kit) I got from Amazon, the second one directly from the seller's website and guess what - shipping was done faster than I expected, Customer Service responded to my little issues right away (had to get familiar with new rubber and pins and figure out how to make the second pet module work with the tracker) and now everything works perfect!! I'm going now to get my kitty back home and to save his route!! Yup!! you can do that as well as sharing with your Family and Friends!! Not mention about daily activities of your "babies" you can track every day!! I'm one of the happiest customers here!! And my kitty is more than happy that I'm letting him out :)

Love this product. Feel confident now when I let my cat outside to go play that I know where he is at all times, and it gives me an alert if he goes outside his “boundary” area so I can be proactive if necessary.

I am very impressed with this product. I have peace of mind when my cat goes outside. It is quite accurate. I would highly recommend this tracker.

A worthwhile investment. Findster duo has been wonderful at sorting out my inquiries since my initial purchase. Since everything is online these days, some of us are having a difficult time keeping up with the changes; the findster team has been wonderfully patient in helping me understand and execute some of my troubles. From changing my method of payment, to helping me reset new devices. Set up was a breeze and findster served its purpose. I had purchased the device after much research on products on the market, and this was the best to suit my needs. We have property in remote back country and the tracker was able to keep our pup safe and in sight (even and especially when he wasn’t in sight). The option to upgrade to findster care has been single-handedly the best investment I’ve ever made. The 5.49CAD is worth its weight in gold as far as I’m concerned. Our boy had to have a pretty extensive surgery and the care team was instrumental in calming my nerves and keeping progress on track. 20/10 would absolutely recommend.
