Great second try.
I returned my original order and used my store credit to get an amazing pair of Kantha stitched palazzo pants. They are one size fits all and I’m pretty skinny right now, or I’d give them a 5 star rating. The length is good and the colors are bright.

Hi Annie, Thank you for the feed back. Even though the kantha pants are listed as OS, they truly only go up to a 12 or 14 ( all handmade so they vary) and this is also noted on listings. We appreciate that you took the time to review your experience and hope you'll be back to shop!

As first time buyer my experience was very good
As first time buyer my experience was very good. Loved the dress I bought. I seem to remember that there was a communication gap between the order and shipping so I wasn't sure what was happening with my dress for a couple of days, that would be my only critique.

Hi Allyson, We appreciate your feed back! We looked into this and found that your dress was shipped the day after purchase, so perhaps you are thinking about a purchase from somewhere else? Also, we know that sometimes purchase emails and tracking emails end up in junk mail so we always encourages our clients to check those mailboxes, and of course we are always available to answer questions!

Trying to make a return
Trying to make a return. Not getting a response. Feels like a scam. Regretting I purchased from this questionable company. Update: it seems my initial return request never went through. While I did not have a smooth experience with the return process, customer service was helpful in the end and I appreciate that.

Hi Amelia, I'm going to assume you posted this review before we spoke. As I mentioned when we spoke, we had received NO correspondence or request for return via the return portal, your account, and email request, or a phone call. It makes me so sad when customers don't provide accurate information and jump to a conclusion. We are a small retailer that has been in business for over 10 years that goes out of our way to provide great customer service as noted by our other reviews. I hope we've resolved your return request adequately.

Service has been excellent from the store and my Beate Heymann jacket is lovely I gave 4 stars because the shipment has been slow & complicated DHL or FedEx maybe a better option for overseas delivery

Very good and personal service
Very good and personal service. Very prompt response to E-mails. The only problem is that the verbiage on their website on returns, exchanges, etc. is a little confusing.

I really appreciate both the availability of certain brands of clothing that suit me and the excellent customer service. Unfortunately I found the website difficult to navigate when I had to return one of my purchases.
