Hi Jeri, I'm hopeful you will update your review when you return, and we understand your frustration with our error. So everyone reading knows, we overnighted Jeri's dress to her and she was over the moon and off to her wedding! Yay. Hi Kirsten, We're sorry you're having a problem with your order. We show that your purchase was made 15 days ago, and it was an international shipment, which unfortunately takes about 7-10 working days for delivery once shipped. We have already updated you on the tracking which should have your item arriving this week. I don't see that you've reached out to us previously with your concerns, but know we are always quick to help with any questions.
