Hi Jo Ann, Thanks for taking the time to review. Yes! we always encourage our clients to read the return policy, which you actually need to approve when you checkout. It is a very standard policy across the industry for small retailers (nope, we're not amazon). 14 days for refund on regular priced merchandise and all sale, or late returns within 30 days is a store credit. Since your purchase was out of policy we did offer you a store credit. We look forward to bringing new and interesting collections to market and don't forget our our lovely Inizio linen pre orders!
