We're sorry to hear treatment did not meet your expectations. Allergy immunotherapy is a long-term treatment, and many patients do not experience meaningful improvement after only 2-3 months. Treatment duration and individual response can vary, which is why consistency over time is so important. Regarding billing, the balance you referenced was not a new charge but an outstanding balance from previously provided treatment that was identified during a routine account reconciliation. We understand it was frustrating to receive notice well after your treatment ended, and we apologize for that experience.
