Great communication follow up on customer service !

Pills make u feel like your taking poison.. I felt like I was going to die

Quick and easy. Very thorough evaluation but a breeze to complete online.

It was easy to request. Once approved I received instructions and precautions that were thorough and just enough info but not overwhelming.

PATIENT BEWARE!!! I asked my doctor about Contrave who told me he had not heard of it and he would look into it. I went home and I visited the Contrave website where they will happily fill your script. I paid $144.00 including a supposed Dr virtual visit. I filled out a 1 page questionnaire and submitted it with all of heart and blood pressure meds that I take. I never even got a phone call from a Dr with any medical questions. I received an email shortly thereafter that my meds were approved and the script was on its way to the pharmacy. It was the pharmacy that caught and sent out the notice of drug interaction with my heart meds. I contacted customer service who said they would cancel my $99 script but not the $45 doctor visit because I can take Contrave but there are potential unknown risks such as heart attack with the interaction. I would have to be an idiot to take it after reading the pharmacy notice. The whole goal of taking it was to get healthy not die. Beware to those desperate and looking for help. Before wasting your $45.00, go to the sight and look up every drug that has possible interactions because they are not going to discuss it with you. In my opinion, this company is just trying to sell product and does not care how they sell it whether it is safe or not.

The customer service rep was absolutely incredible! When I struggled to get in touch with the doc for a Rx refill, he tried numerous ways to assist. I believe his name was David! I hope he can get some kudos for this because he made what could have been a very frustrating experience bearable and stress-free.

The medical provider was polite and gave the information about the medication and answer all my questions
