I have no cravings so choosing healthy is easy, hunger is reduced enough to stay on a diet, and BONUS it helps with my chronic pain. Very good and good results slowly

Had 20 lbs to lose for the past two years. I was able to lose the weight in 7 weeks. Contrave took away the urge to eat without side affects. Contrave gets 5 stars from me!

I've been taking Contrave for a little over a month, and NOTHING. I have reduced my eating to mainly fruits & vegetables. I have started walking about a mile in the evenings. I feel nothing, and I have yet to lose any weight at all. And no, my clothes are not fitting any differently, either. I'm very disappointed in the product. Planning to cancel the 3rd shipment due to ship around 1st of June.

The effectiveness of the suppressant is not what I hoped it would be. There is some effect, but I still find myself with hunger pangs regardless of what time of day it is. I also take the medication at regular, precise intervals.
