The first three weeks of the first month everything seemed like a dream. I have a terrible craving for junk food I had no cravings. I tend to drink too much wine I didn't want it it worked phenomenal by the fourth week it was like I was doing nothing it came back with a full force. I finally had the courage to get Contrave. It was a few months before Christmas. I thought uuuggghh what am I going to do New Years? What will my weight on the scale be January 1st ? I lost 15 pounds in 3 months. I just walked causally the third month. I made it through all the holidays. Now I need to keep eating fruits and vegetables. Thank you for helping me with my over processed American diet. I would recommend Contrave, water, fruit ,vegetables and some light exercise. You will make it through!
