Huge help with anxiety and stress but not weight loss. 4 pills put me in zombie mode and all I want to do is sleep. Trying to find the happy medium that works.

Contrave has helped cut my appetite quite a bit. I wish it also had an ingredient that would make me more energetic too, but more caffeine helps that!

I like it. I been losing weight slow and steady. I’m not starving myself but I just don’t crave the sweet foods anymore. I would say I had to stop the auto refill because when you start it’s one pill a day and you gradually get to 4 pills a day so I have extra pills past the 30 days. But I will just get it when I’m down to 8 days left.
