Contrave has helped me to loose weight…
Contrave has helped me to loose weight that I have struggled to loose for 3 years. I don’t crave the foods I used too. I am able to control portion sizes due to not feeling hungry all the time. I spent over $2,800 over 3 years on HCG injections which had me not only giving myself shots everyday but I was only eating 500 calories per day. The food had no taste because I couldn’t season it or have any fat what so ever. Then as soon as I stopped the injections the weight came right back.?With Contrave I can make healthy choices on my own, eat what everyone else is eating while maintaining portion control and I can enjoy what I’m eating. Yes I have salad dressing and I have cream occasionally but I also make sure that my intake of good healthy foods outweighs the not so healthy foods. I have gone on vacations to all inclusive resorts and have been able to come home without gaining weight. This has yielded the best results for me so far. I don’t go to the gym or work out I just stay active in my daily activities and continue to get closer and closer to my goal. I started taking Contrave in April 2018 and I Have lost 43 pounds. I went from a size 12-14 to a size 6. I used to be a size 4 so I am almost there and feeling fabulous!
