Ordered contrave but had terrible side effects. Couldn’t even finish a weeks worth. I received an email about my next prescription being shipped out the following month. I logged into my account and did not see where I was enrolled in auto refill or anything. When I logged in it had the option of “reorder” and “auto refill” so I assumed I was not on auto refill. Also if I was on auto refill there was no option to unenroll. A month later my card was charged for another prescription. Called customer service and they said they can not take the charge back since it had already shipped. I am a single mom working two jobs barely making ends meet, it’s unfortunate that this unexpected charge was made to my account without any knowledge of automatically being on “auto refill”. Their website is very deceiving and they’re just a money hungry company. Do not go with this website as they’ll automatically refill your prescription without your consent. I will be taking legal action.

This medicine is not good for me it makes me feel bad. After taking this medication for three days. My head feels light and I feel down and depressed no motivation especially when I have to go to work. My heart was racing. I had to stop taking it. I am still having side effects after getting off the medication. Feel real bad. This medication mess with my mental state and I am social worker at a shelter. Not for me.

The provider was very patient in answering all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable in regards to the medication, and most importantly, I did not feel rushed to make a decision on if I wanted to proceed with her prescribing Contrave for me.
