It works!!!!!!!!

So far very mild side effects, I'm in my fifth day and it does help with hunger... in the afternoon I'm still hungry I'm hoping that when I increase to 2 that would improve

I guess the meds are working somewhat. I just don't like that the staff is completely unhelpful and unwilling to provide any assistance with proof that is required by any FSA. For me to get reimbursed by my FSA, they require either a copy of the signed prescription or a signed proof of medical necessity form. Even though I have spoken with a Contrave doctor and the receipt says it's prescribed, Contrave refuses to provide either the signed prescription or sign the medical necessity form. This is unfortunate and I will not renew the prescription. At $99 a month I need to be able to claim this on FSA in order to get some savings.

I've been taking this for a week and have had no bad side effects when I take it with food. I will get abdominal cramping if taken on an empty stomach. I've noticed that I also have fewer cravings with no change in mood or energy level, so you'd still have to be determined to work out and eat right while on this medication. Hopefully the results will really show after I begin the prescribed dosage increase, but so far so good.
