From the second dose, I started to see a difference of not constantly thinking about food

The product works, side effects are going to vary but worth it. Once you are on full dose things get better. Definitely helps curb your appetite, slow down and eat and you are full before you know it.

Lost 50 lbs on this bringing my BMI to 27 - got off of it 1x it was very hard to discontinue. I didn’t feel many side effects starting contrave but trying to stop taking it was awful. Ultimately went back on when I gained 10 lbs back in a few months. You really don’t have to do much to loose weight on this.

Notice a difference right of way. And although the urge was still there the desire wasn't. I wanted ice cream just didn't sound tasty or felt it was worth the effort of getting it.

Has help me take the edge off eating too much. Weight loss is slow and steady, which I think will be good in the long run.
