I have been using Contrave for 3 weeks. I have not experienced any of the noted side effects. It has helped tremendously with my cravings for sweets and alcohol. I was an everyday drinker prior to Contrave and now I may have 1 or 2 a week and that is pushing it. I am down 4lbs in 3 weeks and expect to lose more now that I have dialed in my eating and portions. I have noticed that I really need to listen to my body when it comes to eating. If I eat just because its lunchtime and I am not hungry then I feel 'gross' full. Instead of eating 3 meals a day I am eating small portions throughout the day. I may have an egg for breakfast at 8, a piece of fruit at 11, 1/2 a sandwich at 2 and then maybe a dinner. Most days though I am not finding myself hungry in the evenings. I have also added walking 3 miles a day this week - I am sure that will help my results
