It was easy to set up the appointment. I used the link provided by the text message and joined the meeting room for my appointment. The physician was kind while reviewing my information. The entire appointment process was easy to maneuver through.

I don’t appreciate the fact that you went ahead and made the payment on my card without my authorization or me talking with a doctor or nurse practitioner!!! I changed my mind before I checked out. There’s no check out button. That’s actually a violation. But, I changed it back otherwise I would dispute it. The only reason I would give you 4 stars is for the pharmacist that I spoke to if he wasn’t as nice as as he was I would say zero stars because you don’t do business like that. No one in hell has authority to charge my cc but me. Again, you should apologize for doing so. It’s not only disrespectful but it’s illegal and you are taking me for a fool. I still can’t believe you charged me for a consultation that I never had. I didn’t get the consultation because I didn’t remember all the medication that I am on so I clicked off. That is very frustrating because I still aren’t sure what I take does not interact with the medication that you are selling. I wish I could have spoken to a doctor or nurse practitioner because I can’t be sure about what information the pharmacist gave me because of the different education levels they have. I don’t trust it. Just because he wasn’t nice doesn’t mean he’s correct. The more I think about it, I am giving you only one star. And it’s because he was nice. The way you treated me was totally unacceptable!!! And I am very very very angry! I never authorized this purchase nor did I get my consultation. That’s credit card fraud! I didn’t even know what the exact price was. It never said. I had to call the number on the surprise email! Who makes this policy?!? I don’t have time for this

The consult lasted one minute. The provider interrupted me multiple times and would not let me get a word in. I was prescribed the medication which was helpful but just wish their was more patient care during the appointment. I initially had concerns about how much I was getting charged for the medication but that has since been rectified. I had additional charges on my card that were not disclosed but it looks like it was an error in my online banking account and I actually received a credit after they used my insurance. Customer service was quick to respond to my concern. Updated my rating based on that experience.
