I have enjoyed the service that I receive getting Contrave renewed and mailed each month.

I am so happy with my experience with contrave.

While I received the contrave timely, it was difficult actually getting my prescription approved. It appears Contrave wants clients to use the doctors they've contracted with because I was not given complete information when I telephoned. I was not told that my doctor would HAVE TO fax the prescription to Contrave instead of simply phoning it in. I had to do a lot of leg work for myself because of that. I was calling Contrave, calling my doctor, repeatedly, trying to put them in touch with each other, whereas if I had been told my doctor needed a fax number and if I was given the fax number upon voicing my desire for Contrave, the process would have been simple. I suggest you have your phone operators provide the fax number immediately and explain the process immediately. The product itself appears to be working well.
