The online form is easy to fill out, received response quickly, via phone call, text and email. Physician called me within a couple day. Script was written and medication was at my door by the next week. Received an email with med instructions and they were also included in package.

The process of obtaining the medication was easy. I completed the form and then shortly thereafter I received a phone call from a provider. We discussed my medical history and the medication side effects. A couple of weeks later the medication was in my mailbox. I cannot speak to the effects of the medication since I have only been on it for one week but so far so good.

It took a while to get started- online order, few days go by rep calls, fees days fo by Dr calls, few days go by then Med comes. Need to tighten up the process. Or explain it better.. but once got Med and got started it has been fine. Lost 5 lbs so far with minimal side effects from Med.

Spoke to a rep who was very articulate and knowledgeable.
