not effective - what a waste of time and $$

I honestly love that it really curbed my appetite. And when I did eat I got fuller quickier. Only reason I'm giving it a 3 stars is because since taking them I've experienced extremely bad headaches, so bad to where I felt I had to throw up. I've stopped taking them and those headaches went away.

I wish you had more information for patients such as a patient support group
