Get contrave made getting back on contrave so easy and the auto-ship is so convenient. I received updates and confirmations on my shipments which was very reassuring. Overall fantastic!

Everything went smoothly from signing up on the website to the physician video consultation. The doctor and pharmacist were professional yet friendly. However, here was a little confusion from the pharmacy. It was not explained I would need to verbally confirm the prescription and then also confirm by email before it would be sent. I thought after the first call everything was complete. When I used the chat feature to ask about the expedited shipping being delayed because I missed the email portion the agent said I'd receive it in a week and disconnected on me. I called to submit a complaint and request a refund for the 2 day expedited shipping, but could only leave a message that no one returned. I did receive a call to confirm I meant to sign up for auto refills. They reccomend I try it first to make sure it works for me then select auto refills. That was considerate. Luckily, the package came on time. I'm on my 3rd week with Contrave and have lost 4.5 pounds. My moods have greatly improved and I feel so productive now that I'm not thinking about my weight or food constantly. I will sign up for auto refills to avoid customer service in the future. Other than that, there could be a little more explanation of the side effects like constipation, dry mouth, nausea when eating and a little dizziness in the beginning. I found a discussion website that explained how to deal with it until my body adjusted. I have no side effects now and starting to see results! I'm grateful for this option rating it 5 stars.
