I noticed almost immediately after starting that it was causing constipation (something I've never experienced before). It was pretty well controlled with the addition of stool softeners though (still wasn't going regularly/daily but it wasn't as bad). When I increased to 2 daily, I was having pretty severe nausea in the mornings. I don't typically eat breakfast but found myself needing to eat to help combat the nausea. Increasing to 3 pills and I started having restless sleep and a ringing/humming sound in my ears. I did not at any point notice any appetite suppression. I decided the side effects and lack of feeling any benefit made it a waste of money. I looked at a study with contrave that showed 42% had an increase in weight-loss. That's great but that means 58% didn't. I'm not saying don't try it but be aware of the side effects and the fact that the statistics aren't in your favor.

Contrave has been a definitely game changer in my weight loss journey. Yes, there have been side effects - although all of mine have been very mild such as headaches and feeling tired the first week of starting. Contrave has helped with impulse eating and self control. I don't need to take a bite just because its offered or order certain foods because they smell great. I genuinely eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full. This has been a wonderful tool to use alongside an excercise regimen and creating a calorie deficit.

Really helped with my appetite! could not loose extra weight without it. Highly recommended.

I have never run out of my medication. The stafff and pharmacists are excellent at making sure I receive my medication safely packed and in a timely manner.
