Excellent all the way around. Listened to my concerns and goals and offered a great plan to lose weight and keep it off.

The tablets are kind of large. These get caught in my throat and I choke. To the point where I'm not getting any air. Scary! So I don't take them as often as I should. I'm sure this is why I haven't noticed much of a change in my weight. They do make me a bit nauseas.

So I think this is a great product. I didn’t do the first month correctly because directions are a bit wordy but once I figured it out I didn’t have any issues. I stared off at 236 and now weigh 219 so I am def noticing a difference, will continue
