The medication is great. We are having a cold freeze in Texas right now. So it makes it difficult to walk and like outside. So doing inside exercise is going well so far. Slowly losing weight but I am gaining some muscle (I'm lifting weights). Planning meals and working out the best way you can it is working

I was scared to take contrave at first. It took about 2 weeks to get into my system. I love it now. I don’t have cravings for sweets or alcohol. If I do eat or drink something sweet it doesn’t taste right at all. Also if I force the alcohol and drink it immediately I get a bad taste in my mouth and a headache. I do want to say this isnt a magic pill you have to listen to your body and your mind.It’s great to have a plan in mind on how are you going to lose weight. The pill does not drop the weight for you it’s a tool to help you. I eat low-carb and I time my meals. I’ve lost 28 pounds and I have 40 more to go. Love this! Side effects constipation. I need to drink more water and I’m trying to do that now.
