When it was time to renew Rx, I filled out the medical review questionnaire. It immediately said I needed to contact the provider because of one or more questions answered on the questionnaire . I reviewed my answers on the questionnaire and there should not have been a reason that it wasn’t renewed on the spot. I called customer service and all they were able to do was see the same message I received. No answer as to why... no speaking to a pharmacist or physician... just not going to renew without a new Rx from my PCP. I used one of their doctors to order it in the beginning, not my PCP. It left me frustrated!

Love the ease of the website. From the initial consultation to the option to auto ship.. And then there is Contrave- as someone who has always struggled, its been a miracle and a life saver! Love it!
