I appreciate the service and the product. Despite pretty good descriptions of the process throughout the webpage and in emails, I still find it difficult to understand the steps to obtain and then renew a prescription. When my first renewal came up all of the communication was written as if I were starting the whole process over. I sent a request in to customer service to help clarify but never received a response. It is also very expensive between the monthly pill cost and the teledoctor visit every 3 months. I appreciate the ease of scheduling a visit with the doctor, auto refills and easy shipping.
