I canceled my application/order within hours of completing the application. The order was STILL filled 2 days later and my credit card charged. I was not credited the full amount, as I was told my application was "approved". Why should I be charged for lack of competency and promptness of your customer service reps not reading and/or replying to emails in a timely manner? If I did this at my job, I would have been fired!
