Pointless to use their tell e health providers as they approve the prescription but say to check with your physician which cancels out their liability so you have to pay for something you can’t use and they refuse to refund you for the “joke” telehealth visit. If a company will scam you this way, who knows about their product. They refuse to refund for the telehealth visit and refuse to transfer you to a supervisor then write a response to this posting saying to call them. This doesn’t seem like a reputable company. Beware!

The process so far has been very convenient. The NP was very thorough with reviewing my medical history and explaining contradictions to be aware of with Contrave. She also encouraged me to contract her or a member of the team with any questions or concerns.

My audio consultation with Dr. Clifton went very well. She answered an questions I had regarding Contrave.
