First thing is that somebody should have mentioned that they were going to call me. I am dealing with a lot of calls from all over the country, so I don't answer any incoming calls. Other than that, the experience was short and to the point.

Horrible experience. I have had trouble since June/ July and August now with my order. Does not come on time to keep up at end of month to stay on time with you daily schedule. Then order a 3month supply 1 bottle came. They can not seem to get their S*** together. I have to continue to make phone call. Had to request to speak to a supervisor and I had to order a second bottle to make sure to stay on my schedule.

A very easy-to-navigate process at each step of the way. Setting up the consultation with the doctor was easy and the appointment went well. Medication was approved and shipped quickly, and I received it via USPS in 4 days. I received very clear information on the benefits and potential side effects of the medication and appreciated the extra tips on how to minimize or mitigate any discomfort from side effects. I also like reading the success stories of other Contrave users. The only thing that I did't receive was the USPS tracking number, it would have been nice to be able to track the delivery, however, it did arrive within the promised window so overall, I can highly recommend getContrave!

The information was detailed very well by the doctor. All questions were covered and all side effects explained. Instructions for starting and expected goals were set for additional help.

There has been a system problem and my refill wasn’t sent. The lady on the phone immediately realized about the problem, solved on the spot and sent my refill By FedEx so I don’t miss days of my treatment.
