Good customer support

⚠️ WARNING: My experience with CLEVA BANK has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I currently do not have access to my own funds despite providing every document and verification requested by their team. I have received not despite all messages sending to them through email, they didn't responses to my messages again because they wanted to eat my hard earned funds, and no clear resolution while my money remains inaccessible. This level of customer treatment is completely unacceptable for a financial institution entrusted with people’s hard-earned funds. CLEVA BANK — this matter has gone on for far too long. I strongly urge your management team to take immediate responsibility, review my case urgently, and release my funds without any further delay. To the public: please exercise caution before trusting any platform that cannot provide timely access to customers’ legitimate funds or communicate transparently during critical situations. I expect immediate action and resolution from CLEVA BANK.

Clever says they accept third party payment but after my friend sent me money 500$ from the Arizona, USA. they rejected the payment and said I don't have the same with him why they clearly gave option for payment from friends but must be below 1000$. This is so annoying and I have been trying to contact the customer service and they have no answer yet.
