I sent out 482.28 USDT from my external wallet using the TRC20 Network to my CLEVA APP stable coin wallet address. All correct with no mistake. the funds went in minute and even when i checked on the TRONSCAN.ORG website with the has TXID it showed it was successful and confirmed on 200 blocks. This funds never got to my CLEVA Account. It was not credited and when i reached out to the customer service, they asked for screenshot from coinzoom which is where i sent the USDT from. I provided the screen shot, the has TXID, Date, Amount, Time and network I used but they said they were checking and all of a sudden they said they couldnt see the transaction. There is no way a transaction wont be seen when blockchain confirms the success and when you use the correct wallet address and network to send. They have been denying and asking for further receipts . This is actually not the first time to use their platform. I have sent USDT from my Uphold account and Coinzoom account before but now i see something suspicious about them. I need them to credit my account with my funds.

Been using their v-dollar card for payment and lately started using the bank transfer feature and it’s been pretty smooth and well going, keep it up

I had a terrible experience with GetCleva. They closed my account without any valid reason and still have my BVN (Bank Verification Number), which raises serious security concerns. There was no prior warning, no explanation, and absolutely no way to resolve the issue. This kind of unprofessional and shady behavior is unacceptable for a financial platform that claims to be trustworthy. If they can randomly shut down accounts and keep sensitive financial data, who knows what else they might do? I strongly advise people to stay away from GetCleva before they lock your funds or misuse your information. I regret ever trusting them.

For a company that started roughly 18 months ago and achieving giant stride so far, I give them their flowers. Although can't use it due to my location but, online reviews and their SM pages says a lot. They deserve a medal.
