The oil is very thick like cooking oil. This company think they cab just send you 3 bottles when ever they like and you pay for them. I have reported them to oaypal and my bank fraud team. In answer to their reply i have seversl email i sent to them after they took my money from paypal. They billed paypal on the 22nd of July for unwanted, unasked for oil and sent the product 19th August. Weeks after i had fought for a refund. I have asked them for a returns lable but they want the refund back. No way. There oil is like cooking oil.

I have waited weeks for the firming cream. First it apparently couldn’t be delivered though who knows why? Then the communication has gone back and forth with’I’ve sent it to our logistics team’ or ‘senior team’. I’ve asked for a refund but they’re telling me they’ve reordered and I’ve heard nothing since! Do not go near this company.

Do not touch this company. You end up with a subscription where they deliver the same product every 4 weeks. There is a little unsubscribe button on the website and you think you are unsubscribing from buying further orders of the product but actually all you are unsubscribing too is their email mailing list!!!!! So although I thought I’d unsubscribed to getting further products, 4 weeks later I get another 3 bottles, when I haven’t even used one of the first 3 bottles ordered and was charged another £42.99. You have to email them to unsubscribe from the subscription for the product, which you can only find out about by reading all their FAQ’s. Shoddy business practice. Beware of this company

Had the Dickens of a time finding this but here's how to cancel your subscription: go to getcellu.com and login to your account then go to the bottom of the page and click on "Manage Subscription" This should allow you to request an email with a "magic" link to the subscription page. Follow the link in the email and click on your subscription. Answer all of the prompts asking you if you really want to cancel and eventually you'll get an email notifying you of the cancellation. HTH!

I would give zero stars if I could. This is a complete scam. As others have noted, they sign you up to a subscription without you being aware. Avoid them at all costs.

Should be 0stars.customer service appalling.placed my 1st order for cellu cream took my money then told me its out if stock and can't give me a full refund only 50%. Disgusting if they knew it was out of stock they shouldn't of took my money and now half refund are they having a laugh. Emails have since stopped from them. I am escalating this as I want a full refund.please dont buy from here.

They made it impossible to not sign up for a subscription without my notice. I've been trying to cancel the order before they sent it and only get their chat bot. I feel like I've been scammed and that they have done this on purpose. There is no recourse on their site. Now , unless I change my whole banking card etc, I will be charged for the product , no refund or cancellation.

The cream didn’t suit me so I gave it to a friend who has been using it religiously but unfortunately no improvement. Also may I suggest to make it clearer on your first order that it is not a “one off” purchase as somehow you will receive the same product and automatically charged every Month even if you don’t want it.
