I placed an prefer which I thought was a one off order however they had made it a re occurring subscription which I was unaware of until they took the next payment. I contacted them immediately but was told they would get back to me as the day went on they then processed and shipped the product rather than cancelling it. Scam company, do not use. Really poor customer service.

Tricked into signing up for a subscription without my knowledge. I only discovered this when I received an email confirming an order I didn't place, and an alert that payment had been taken. The cream isn't even that good, so I cefinitely don't want another one.

I bought one jar, and without me asking, they automatically signed me up for a subscription; I only realized this when I was charged for a second cream a month later. Canceling isn't easy—even though they reply quickly, every time I check the website to ensure the subscription is inactive, it gets reactivated. Be careful. I’ve asked them to delete my profile, but I’m getting no response.

The product doesn't work. Please ensure you don't choose the subscription option. Otherwise you will be charged and sent the product every 4 weeks

The purchase did not turn up and had been returned to Cellu for some unknown reason. After an initial prompt reply that appeared helpful, I have yet to have a requested refund or any cream. It has been over 2 months since I placed the order. Now I am not getting answers to my emails. Not happy with customer service. 👎

Ordered one to try. They then took the money again when challenged said I ticked subscription which I challenged. Told had to cancel on line. No way could I do this to stop them taking more money. Had to go to card company, close my card and have a new one. After I told them I would do this review they sent emailed to say they have cancelled Beware this company

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this situation caused you. Cellu subscriptions are selected during checkout, and when the billing cycle began, a new order was automatically created. We understand how concerning this can feel if the subscription wasn’t what you intended to continue with. Once you contacted us, we cancelled the subscription, and we’re sorry that it took additional effort on your part to get everything resolved. We truly appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to make the ordering and subscription process clearer for our customers. We’re glad we were able to cancel the subscription, and we sincerely apologize again for the experience.

This place is a scam! Ladies beware. I placed an order today and they tried to process a subscription when I specified None. My bank refused on my credit card as Cellu is a scam site and is in the Netherlands so be careful I saw reply from Cellu. My bank has flagged Cellu as a scam site. They have it flagged this is a well known bank. Also they sent me a new credit card cause your company Cellu kept trying to put purchases through on my credit card. At checkout I made sure I DID NOT CLICK ON REPEAT PURCHASES. IN THE REVIEWS LADIES COMPLAIN ABOUT THE CONSTANT SCAMMING PURCHASES ON THEIR CREDIT CARDS. SO AGAIN WHY WOULD A WELL KNOWN BANK FLAG CELLU AS A SCAM SITE 😠👎
