Ordered oonce and now even after cancelling future orders im being charged and shipped more product. Scam as no one could find my order # even when I provided a copy of the email confirmation!!

The product took 2 weeks to arrive. The lid was broken and half the cream had leaked out into the packaging. Be VERY wary of this company. They lock you into a subscription without consent. I emailed straight back after ordering and asked to be taken off subscription. They did anything but cancel. My back up was blocking them through my bank. I am now reporting them to trading standards.

This stuff gave me a severe allergic reaction and smells like my grandmother’s tea rose perfume. They will sign you up for a subscription with no confirmation and make cancelling challenging. Beware.

I never signed up for a suscription but have since been told by customer services that this automatically happens at the check out. Ive told them in 4 different emails I dont want anymore products and to cancel the subscription I never signed up to. I only ordered one Item. At first they just kept escalating my complaint. Finally I had an email applogising and cancelling the subscription. yet I just now had an email telling me the product has been despatched! This is utterly unacceptable One very unhappy former customer.

This company locks you into recurring orders without your permission. I am still trying to stop recurring orders and additional charges to my credit card. Buyers beware.

Zero stars. This is a scam company. They confirmed that the subscription was cancelled and continued to take money from my bank account. When you email them they don’t get back to you. Avoid. Report this company to the Dutch authorities.

I also had the problem of finding it difficult to unsubscribe. Although I used the automated unsubscribe, the company continued to send me more. It might have been worth it if the cream actually did its job, but I saw no difference whatsoever. Avoid getting into this trap.

Ridiculous shady business practices! I ordered buy 3 get 3 free but to my surprise, my confirmation email said I subscribed to repeat delivery. I didn't opt on that at all! Evidently, it is automatic! When I immediately told them to cancel. They said they'd get back to me. Well guess what, they shipped the order the next day. When I complained again they said they checked and that the subscription option was selected. Ya, because they do that themselves! They said they would send me a link in a future email to cancel! Shady and not deserving of anyone's business!!
